When you submit your application through our website, you will receive an automated confirmation email—this means you’re in the parade!

✅ Applications are reviewed by the parade committee to ensure they meet parade guidelines and community standards.
🚫 Entries that include political messaging, religious messaging, violence, threats of harm, or content that is disrespectful to the community may not be approved.
✅ You will only be contacted if we need additional details, clarification, or if there is an issue with your application.

When will the Lineup and Staging be ready?

Where do we line up on the morning of the parade?

What time should I arrive at the Parade?

Line up begins at 8:00 am. The streets have numbers on each side.

How do I get help with checking in the morning of the parade?

Look for our volunteers in Vests, typically cowboy hats and Pink shirts.
